Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Processing time on pre-designed prints is about 1 - 8 days business.
For custom orders, processing time can take about 2 - 10 business days depending on the design.

Our prints are usually shipped within 2 - 7 business days of processing. Please contact us immediately if you encounter a problem with a lost item, or if your item is taking longer than expected.

Express shipping can be accommodated by selecting the Expedited shipping option at checkout. Shipping express is still subject to our processing time of 1 - 8 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our shop, we are not able to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All shirts are custom printed to order per customers specifications. We work with multiple printing companies as we simply do not have the equipment to print our own tees. If you absolutely must cancel an order, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of your order. We cannot promise a cancellation will occur, but we will try our best to make it happen.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure to double-check the address on your order prior to submitting. If you accidentally enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP, as we may be able to switch the address before it ships. If your item ships to the incorrect address, we will wait until the order is returned to us via postal service, then re-ship it back to you. A secondary shipping fee may apply to your order.

LOST PACKAGES

If you encounter a lost package, please first check with surrounding neighbors. Please also file a claim with the post office before contacting Park Lane Press. When contacting us about a lost package, please provide the claim number from the post office in an email to us, along with your order number and date of purchase.
